Welcome to ITOP, California’s premier website for youth with disabilities transitioning into the workforce and higher education. We offer a resource map and searchable database to be used by youth, their families and program and service providers. The resource map is a compilation of state-level resources focused on helping youth with disabilities make a successful transition into the workforce and higher education.
Now available is a draft of the Improving Transition Outcomes Project (ITOP) Multi-Agency Unified State Plan (State Plan). The California Workforce Investment Board (State Board) is accepting comments and input from stakeholders regarding the State Plan content. Please share with your youth serving partners.
